Twitch Streamer, Content Creator, Gooch, Innovator, Master Debater.
I've been called a lot of things, but ultimately I'm just a guy who enjoys video games, life and sharing the content that comes of it, with you.
I'm known as 1HG, an acronym for onehairygooch, the original gamer tag and Twitch name that started the adventure! Through the years my community has helped me to reach affiliate status on Twitch & as an Epic Games content creator. I like to focus on positive vibes and having fun.
What is a Gooch?
Well, if you haven't googled it by now, don't. Most who do immediately get the wrong idea of who I am. Originally I heard the term on Jackass, to which was explained as the patch of skin between your balls and your butthole. Me, trying to think of an epic gamertag, and a combo of kill feed comedy, came up with ahairygooch. This was my original tag on the PS network when it first launched. How funny would it be to get killed by, not only a gooch, but a specifically hairy one at that. I kept the tag through the years and as I moved onto Nintendo Switch and Twitch, I officially changed it to onehairygooch.
Why is it 1HG now? That's stupid.
I know right! It was an epic name. Unfortunately one day mid-stream I was banned from my old account. It took about a month for Twitch to get back to me on the status and once they did I was told I would need to restart with a new account. I was reported for an offensive name, yet I was the one being called Gooch and encouraged it! My stream has always been rated mature audiences and its disappointing but legends never die!
As I continuously work to grow my community and brand, I've gone through several life changing events. Through it all, my community has been there with me and has helped me in SO many ways. While I may have been taken out of game for a short while, I never gave up.
True legends never die. They respawn.
They come back smarter, better, faster, stronger. Beware the man who never gives up no matter how tough things get.
During times of inconsistent streams, I recorded a lot of content. Some of it made it into videos and shorts. The full story vaguely follows my journey of healing and bettering myself. There were many moments of struggle, some of which were captured on recording. From interactions with females, to new friends. Encountering racism and moments of anger within myself. There are many moments I would of liked to scrub off or mute, yet I've decided to keep it in whole (beyond privacy issues).
